Basque Nationalist Party presents new proposal 'Euskadi 2020'

Basque nationalist party PNV presented on Saturday 'Euskadi 2020', a new commitment to the Basque Society based on the model of the northern European countries.

In a press conference in the Bilbao Exhibition Center, PNV leader Iñigo Urkullu and some other nationalist politicians unveiled the new commitment, which was also called 'Think Gaur Euskadi 2020'.

PNV leader Iñigo Urkullu remarked that this "innovative " proposal for the Basque Country is shows PNV's new commitment to the Basque society.

The proposal deals with five different fields in order to put the Basque Country on par with the most advanced societies: sustainable development, social policies, culture, innovation and the constitutional aim The Basque Country-Europe.
