The killed Spanish officer in the early morning in the attack against the police station in Legutiano (Álava) was Juan Manuel Piñuel Villalón, born on 20th of January 20th in 1967 in Melilla. He was married and had a child, according to sources of the antiterrorist fight.
The police officer was in the small vigilance post annexed to the police station, which has been demolished after the explosion of the car bomb.
The judge has already ordered the removal of the corpse.
