Nationalist coalition NaBai ousts conservative UPN in Pamplona

Thus, UPN (Union of Navarre's People) would lose the absolute majority it held in the capital, but not in the region, and Nafarroa Bai would overcome the results by socialist PSN (Navarre's Socialist Party).

According to a poll by the Basque communications group EiTB, the candidate to mayor of Pamplona/Iruña Uxue Barkos would win the 32 percent of votes, while conservative UPN's Miguel Sanz (current president of the Government of Navarre) would get the 31 percent.

Thus, UPN (Union of Navarre's People) would lose the absolute majority it held and Nafarroa Bai would overcome the results by socialist PSN (Navarre's Socialist Party).

According to the poll, there would be no important changes in the province of Bizkaia, where PNV (Basque Nationalist Party) would rule the General Assemblies.

In Alava, conservative PP would win the 26 percent of the ballots while PNV would obtain the 25 percent.

In turn, in Gipuzkoa PNV would get the 33 percent of ballots, socialist PSE-EE the 26 percent, and nationalist EA (party that used to run in coalition with PNV) 10 percent.

Results to General Assemblies

In the province of Alava, there would be a short distance separating PP, PNV and PSE-EE. PP would get the 25.9 percent of ballots, from 13 to 15 seats; PNV 24.9 percent and from 13 to 15 seats and PSE-EE the 23.8 percent and from 12 to 14 seats. In turn, Basque Nationalist Action ANV would get the 8.7 percent of ballots and 4 to 5 seats.

In Bizkaia PNV would be the clear winner once again with the 43.6 percent of votes and 25 to 28 seats. PSE-EE would win the 21.6 percent and 10 to 12 seats. PP would get the 12.9 of votes and 6 to 7 seats. EB-Aralar would get 3 to 4 seats and ANV one or two.

PNV would also win in Gipuzkoa with the 32.2 percent of ballots and 17 to 19 seats. PSE-EE would get 15 to 17 with the 26.9 percent of votes. EB-Aralar would get 7 to 8 seats, PP 5 or 6 and EA 4 to 5.

Results to Navarre's regional election

In Navarre conservative UPN would lose absolute majority winning the 36.8 percent of ballots and 19 to 21 seats. Polls give Nafarroa Bai the 26.9 percent of votes and 14 to 16 seats. Socialist PSN, in turn, would get the 22.3 percent of ballots and 11 to 13 seats. Communist IUN would get 5 seats.

Results in capitals

According to the poll, PNV would win the 40.2 percent of ballots in Bilbao, conservatives the 20.6 percent, PSE a 20.3 percent, EB/Aralar 8.8 percent and EA a 4.6 percent.

In Donostia-San Sebastian, PSE would get the 36.1 percent, PNV the 20.9 percent, PP the 19.4 percent, EB/Aralar the 10.7 percent and EA the 7.10 percent.

In Vitoria-Gasteiz PP would have the 29.3 percent, PSE the 28.7 percent, PNV 21.5 percent, EB/Aralar the 8.4 percent and EA 7.5 percent.

Spanish State

In Madrid conservative PP would win absolute majority, in the Balearic Islands conservatives would win without absolute majority and socialist PSOE in the Canary Islands.
