Spider crab

Ingredients: (4 people) 8 large asparagus, 8 leaves of lettuce, 1 spider crab.

Preparation: Cook the spider crab and extract the meat. Peal and cook the asparagus. When cold, cut the asparagus vertically in two pieces and stuff with the spider crab meat. Cook the lettuce leaves and wrap around the asparagus. Put in the oven for one minute. Accompany with any kind of fish sauce or cream
