In a communiqué sent to the Basque newspaper Gara, the Basque armed group ETA claims December 16 and 24 attacks, which provoked material damage on the Court of Sestao and the Socialist Party building of Balmaseda. They also assured the Government will not be able to stop the will “to create a Basque state”.

In the communiqué, the armed group states Spanish Government is seeking to “ruin Basque pro-independence movement” and “to foment state terrorism”.

ETA also criticises Basque government and they accuse them of defending torture and traitors.

ETA predicts “the failure of oppression politics” because “nobody is going to win over the will to create a Basque state”.
