PSE-EE, sure they haven't done anything wrong

The defense of the leaders of the Basque Socialist party PSE-EE Patxi López and Rodolfo Ares will ask for the file of the case against them and the Basque President for meeting Batasuna.

In an announcement, the executive commission of the Basque socialist party PSE-EE explained that they will ask for the file of the case when the Judge of the Basque Country's High Court stablishes the day of the trial.

The PSE-EE is sure that "there are many reasons to show they haven't done anything wrong and get a verdict of not guilty".

After giving the "main" respect to judicial decisions, the executive of the Basque socialists said that, when they met Otegi, Etxeberria y Dañobeitia, López and Ares, they carried out the "political obligation" they had to get the peace, so we will defend the legality of what they did".
