Basque climber Edurne Pasaban reaches 11th 8,000-meter peak

The Basque climber Edurne Pasaban reached the summit of Manaslu in the Nepalese Himalayas. This is her 11th 8,000 peak, which was 8,163-meters high.

Edurne Pasaban reaches her eleventh 8,000-meter peak, Manaslu mountain in Nepal, 8,163-meter high, taking a step forward to become the first woman to conqueer the fourteen 8,000 that exist on earth. She only has Annapurna, Kanchenjunga and Shisha Pangma left.

Pasaban summited the mian peak in 5 hours and thirty minutes with no need of additional oxygen. The rest of expeditionaries were Alex Chicon, Asier Izaguirre, Mikel Zabalza, Ester Sabadel, Ferran Latorre and Juanjo Garra.
