Spanish police say they have arrested 121 people in what they describe is the biggest crackdown on child pornography ever in the country.
A police statement Wednesday says they have uncovered a network that distributed child pornography files across some 75 countries.
The statement says Brazilian police helped with the operation. It says two of the detained produced the pornography and used members of their own families.
The statement adds that UNICEF, the U.N. children's agency, recently awarded Spain's National Police for its outstanding work in combatting child pornography.
