2. EiTB’s web site aims at providing up-to-date information 24 hours a day in Basque, Spanish and English.

3. The site provides complete information on current affairs in the Basque Country and in the world. Besides, it also offers different views expressed in the Basque press.

Likewise, "eitb24.com"’s users can check schedule and access to the online broadcast of satellite channel ETBsat as well as of radio stations (Euskadi Irratia, Radio Euskadi, Radio Vitoria, Euskadi Gaztea and Radio EiTB). The site also provides the programming of TV channels (ETB-1, ETB-2 and Canal Vasco).

3.- Web Site Conditions and Acceptance

These are the general conditions governing access to, surfing and use of web sites under the "eitb24.com" domain, and the responsibilities arising from use of their contents (contents is understood as texts, graphic material, drawings, designs, codes, software, photographs, music, videos, sounds, data bases, images, expressions or information, and any other creations protected by national laws and international treaties governing intellectual and industrial property rights).

It shall be understood that access to "eitb24.com" by users implies unconditional acceptance of these conditions. If users disagree with any of the conditions within this warning, they must stop using the EiTB web page.

EiTB is the holder of the operating rights, or holds the licence therefor, to "eitb24.com"s intellectual and industrial property, and also of intellectual, property and image rights to the contents available on same.EiTB designs, images, maps, graphic material, trade marks, signs, distinctive logos or markings, frames, banners, software and any codes, fonts and objects etc. are the property of EiTB, which is the legitimate and exclusive holder of operating rights in relation to same.

Under no circumstances shall it be understood that user access and movements entail a waiver, transfer of licence or total or partial transfer of these rights by EiTB.

In this sense, it is forbidden to remove, elude or tamper with the "copyright" warning and any other data setting out EiTBs rights, technical protection devices, fingerprinting or any other identification and/or information mechanisms within the contents.

Users accessing this web site may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, reproduce, publish, transfer or sell the abovementioned features, nor may they create new products and services derived from the information obtained, without express permission in writing from EiTB or, should this be the case, from the holder of the corresponding rights. The contents of "eitb24.com" are provided only for final users or consumers. No unauthorised commercial use of same or resale of same is permitted without first obtaining written authorisation from EiTB. If, to use and/or hire a service on "eitb24.com", users are obliged to carry out registration, they shall be responsible for providing true and licit information. If, as a result of registration, users are provided with a password, they undertake to use this carefully and to keep it secret for access to the services. Users are therefore responsible for safeguarding and custody of any identification and/or password supplied by EiTB, and undertake not to make this available to third parties, or to allow other people to access the services. Users shall be responsible for the illicit use of services by any illegitimate third parties who use the password for this purpose following careless use or loss of same by users. Access to, surfing and use of "eitb24.com" is the responsibility of users, and so they undertake to carefully and faithfully observe any additional instructions provided by EiTB regarding the use of the "eitb24.com" web page and its contents. EiTB does not guarantee or accept any responsibility for the following:

• Any damages caused, to themselves or to third parties, of any persons who infringe the conditions, regulations and instructions set out by EiTB on "eitb.com" or by violation of security systems.

EiTB nevertheless states that it has adopted all necessary security measures, as far as possible within the scope of available technology, to guarantee operation of "eitb.com" and prevent viruses and transmission of viruses and other harmful components. Moreover, EiTB shall not, under any circumstances, accept any responsibility for damages of any kind, directly or indirectly resulting from any failure to read this warning, or from failure to comply with the obligations set out in its conditions.

EiTB takes no responsibility whatsoever for the services provided by said third parties in relation to claims of any kind and any lawsuits which could be filed in relation thereto. Moreover, on "eitb24.com", EiTB may allow third parties or entities to advertise or provide their services. In such cases, EiTB shall take no responsibility for drawing up the general and specific conditions to be borne in mind for the use, rendering or hiring of these services by third parties, and thus cannot be held responsible for such services.

9.- Duration and Modification

EiTB may modify the terms and conditions set out herein either totally or partially, publishing any changes in the same format as in these general conditions.

The duration of these general conditions therefore coincides with the time over which they are displayed, until they are totally or partially modified, and as of such time the general conditions as modified shall then be applicable.

EiTB may terminate, suspend or interrupt, at any time, with no obligation to provide prior warning, access to the contents of the page, and users shall not be entitled to demand any form of compensation. Following such termination, the prohibitions as to use of the contents as set out above in these general conditions shall remain in force.

EiTB and its users expressly waive any other rights to which they may be entitled, and agree to allow any controversy arising from access to or use of the "eitb24.com" web site to be settled in the Courts and Tribunals of Bilbao.
